Annie Challis was born and raised in England and started her career as a disc jockey on Capital Radio in London. On leaving Capital Radio Annie started a PR firm to the music industry and then at the urging of her friend and client Rod Stewart, Annie moved to Los Angeles to join top artists' management company Stiefel Entertainment. She became company President and ran the day-to-day management of Rod Stewart, The Bangles and Patty Smyth.
After fifteen years Annie decided to leave Stiefel Entertainment and settle full time into her other love - Real Estate.
Annie has bought, renovated and sold ten of her own properties.
In addition to being a realtor Annie has a Broker license, is an ePro - which is a certification endorsed by the National Association of Realtors for strong online marketing ideas, presence and visibility. And she has a BPOR certification (Brokers Price Opinion Resource).
Annie has bought and sold numerous properties for her returning and new clients and is constantly a high-ranked realtor.
